Challenge
Design an elegant and meaningful holiday stationery system for university leadership to send greetings to donors, alumni, faculty, and partners. The design needed to reflect the warmth and spirit of the season while maintaining the professionalism and heritage of the Gardner-Webb brand. Pieces had to be adaptable across print and digital formats, while preserving design integrity and visual consistency year after year.

Solution
Created a yearly series of holiday cards and stationery that balanced seasonal warmth with Gardner-Webb’s brand identity. Each design was tailored to specific audiences—from alumni and donors to faculty and university partners—and ranged in tone from traditional and faith-based to playful and campus-focused. Led concept development, design, and production, ensuring consistency across print and digital formats. Collaborated closely with university leadership to align messaging and intent.
